1. Seller and contact details

The seller of Samui Guide on opthai.land is Individual Entrepreneur DMYTRO STAMIKOV, registered in Georgia, identification number 304795194.

2. What your purchase includes

The bundle includes the interactive Samui guide and nearby destinations, updates, the private “Sudden Thailand” Telegram club, and information support about the guide and everyday island life.

It combines digital materials and ongoing services. Accommodation, transport, excursions, bookings and personal accompaniment are excluded.

3. Indefinite access without a subscription

You pay once. Access to the guide, club and updates is indefinite, with no subscription, automatic charges or renewal fee. Our promise of “lifetime” access means there is no predetermined expiry date.

New prices and terms do not shorten purchased access. If continued provision becomes impossible, we will notify you and offer a solution preserving legal rights, including applicable refunds.

4. Ordering and payment

Before confirming your purchase, check the product, email address, discount, final amount and currency; correct any input errors. Use a payment method available in the order form. Additional paid services require separate agreement.

The contract is concluded when the seller confirms payment. The terms presented when purchasing apply. Order confirmation is sent to your email.

Legal documents are available in Georgian, Russian, English and Ukrainian. You may save or print the terms and email confirmation. For corrections after ordering, contact d@opthai.land.

5. Receiving and restoring access

After payment is confirmed, we provide access without undue delay and email instructions for signing in and joining the club.

If the email or access is missing, check your spam folder and contact d@opthai.land. We will verify payment and order ownership, correct the address and restore access without another purchase.

6. What you need

You need internet, an active email and a modern browser with JavaScript on a phone, tablet or computer. Full offline operation is not promised. The club requires a Telegram account.

7. Personal use

You receive a non-exclusive right to personal use on your devices, including together with your partner. Copyright remains with its owners.

Do not resell access, publish private materials or invitations, copy the database in bulk or share the account with an unrestricted group. Uses permitted by law remain permitted. Protect your sign-in details and report suspected unauthorised access.

8. Support and advice

Contact “Help” or d@opthai.land. We respond as available, without a fixed response time or round-the-clock service.

Support provides information, without attending locations, representation or medical or legal consultations. In emergencies, contact local services. Check entry, health and documentation matters with competent authorities and professionals.

9. Updates and access restrictions

Materials and features change; individual places may be removed. We notify you of material changes while preserving your rights. Maintenance may interrupt access; we address faults without undue delay.

Breaches may lead to proportionate restrictions with reasons and an opportunity to appeal; security threats may require immediate action. A Telegram ban does not in itself end access to the guide.

10. Accuracy and responsibility

Prices, schedules, roads and services change: confirm important details before travelling. Mentioning a place does not mean that the guide’s seller provides or guarantees its services.

We remain responsible for our own obligations. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or remove rights concerning non-delivery, defects or harm.

11. Refunds, complaints and disputes

The refund policy applies. Opening the guide or club does not remove statutory withdrawal rights. Send complaints to d@opthai.land or Georgia, Tbilisi, Krtsanisi district, Ponichala 3 settlement, building 5, entrance 2, floor 4, auxiliary storage room with the order and issue.

Georgian law governs the contract, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protection under the applicable law of your country of residence. You may approach a competent consumer protection authority or court available under the law; proceedings are not restricted exclusively to Georgia.
